Shipping policy
All orders are processed and shipped within 3-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your order confirmation email, please contact us at cs@theunapologetictraveler.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free ground shipping for all orders over $75.
Returns
Due to sanitary reasons, we cannot except exchanges or returns.
In the rare case that you receive a damaged cover, or you receive the wrong cover, we want to make it right. Please contact us at CS@theunapologetictraveler.com within 1-3 days of confirmed delivery. We will also need the following details:
A description of the damages.
Pictures of the damages
Once received, we will email you with return instructions.
